Do you think you live through the hottest, coldest, sunniest or just plain lousiest weather in Canada?
Well, you may be in for a shock. Environment Canada released Monday its list of who's top and who's not in Canadian weather. "Some of the results will be sure to surprise you," said David Phillips, author of the study. The study used 30 years of data for Canada's 10 provinces, three territories in 70 weather categories.
